The latest report by Capgemini leaves no doubt on the crucial role that emotional intelligence skills will play in the next 3 to 5 years in the world of work. With the growing presence of artificial intelligence and automation, the capacity for current and future employees to demonstrate their social and interpersonal skills will be a key requisite for professional success.
The results of the research study show that organizations that have highly emotionally intelligent employees benefit from higher employee satisfaction, enhanced productivity, and increased market share.
As a follow up to the “softskills week” organized by INSEEC U. MSc & MBA two weeks ago and the very rich discussions the topic always raises, this report is definitely full of insights and useful resources for the future generation of leaders.
Please feel free to share with all the students I could not tag on this post and happy to hear from you on which EI skills you value most in the work environment.
